"I may have a hearing loss. How should I proceed?": Phone any of our four offices to schedule an appointment. We will evaluate your hearing and explain the results in detail. We schedule appointments so that each patient receives personal attention with minimal waiting time. Your hearing needs as they pertain to your individual lifestyle will be discussed. We will arrange a demonstration of advanced technology if appropriate. We will present the hearing aid options that best meet your needs. No sales pressure as the final decision is yours.

We offer a 30-day trial period when you purchase from us.

We work closely with you to meet your individual hearing needs.

We make every effort to assure long-term comfort and satisfaction with your hearing aids by providing periodic hearing aid adjustments, cleaning and repair as needed.

We re-evaluate your hearing as needed.

As a convenience to our patients, we participate with the following health plans and have met their rigorous credentialing criteria:

Aetna U.S. Healthcare - Health America - Capital Blue Cross - Blue Shield
1st Priority Health - Keystone SR Blue - Highmark - Geisinger Health Plan - Medicare

Payment: Audiologic evaluations will be billed to your insurance company. You are responsible for any co-payments or deductibles. Hearing aid accounts should be paid within 30 days, unless other arrangements have been made. Finance charges will accrue for balances beyond 30 days. Payment for accessories and other services is due at the time they are provided.

Hearing aid payment policy as follows:

1/2 of balance due on order date

Final payment due on fitting date

We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover
